1) Purpose
These Terms of Use govern the use of the website and the digital experiences (escape rooms and educational resources) offered by Asociación Pacoverso. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms and of the Legal Notice.
2) Nature of the service
Pacoverso is a non-profit association. The experiences are currently offered free of charge and openly. No product is sold: access to the experiences does not constitute a sale.
3) Donations
Pacoverso is sustained through voluntary donations. Donating is free support for the project and grants no purchase right, exclusivity or consideration. Those who do not donate may use the available experiences just the same. Donations, barring error, are non-refundable given their nature as a gift.
4) Registration and access
To access certain resources, basic registration (for example, an email) may be requested. The user agrees to provide truthful data and to safeguard their credentials. Access may be limited or suspended in case of abusive uses or uses contrary to these terms.
5) Proper use
The user agrees to use the experiences for educational, recreational and coexistence purposes, without altering, reselling or using them for unlawful purposes. In classroom or group settings, the responsible person shall ensure appropriate use by minors.
6) Minors
Many experiences are designed for children and young people within educational or family contexts. Use by minors must take place under the supervision of a responsible adult (family, school or organisation).
7) Intellectual property
Scripts, contents, designs and resources are owned by Pacoverso or used with authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation is not permitted without permission, except for expressly authorised educational uses.
8) Availability
Pacoverso strives for the proper functioning of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. It may modify, suspend or withdraw experiences to maintain or improve them.
9) Liability
Pacoverso is not responsible for damage arising from improper use of the service, from technical incidents beyond its control, or from the content of linked third-party pages.
10) Changes and law
Pacoverso may update these terms; the current version will be the one published on the site. These terms are governed by Spanish law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
